If the passing is at home
- Call a doctor to receive Certificate of Cause of Death (CCOD).
- Register for Death Certificate at the Hospital or NPCC
You will need:
- CCOD
- Deceased's IC
- Informant's IC
- A Photo
- A full set of clothes
If the passing is at the hospital
- Receive Certificate of Cause of Death (CCOD).
- Register for Death Certificate at the Hospital or NPCC
